ADU USA is a marketplace. As such, our core function is to transfer "Leads" to "Builders."

When you submit a form inquiring about a specific builder or service, you are explicitly authorizing us to transfer your Name, Contact Information, and Property Details to that builder. Once this data is transferred, it becomes subject to that Builder's own privacy policy.

We require all third-party Builders to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law.
